Sifter usually use vibration energy or a combination of Vibration & ultrasonic energies to achieve screening. The Mesh are held in tension, making it easier for material to move in the direction of the vibration. The Sieves structure uses the FDA approved seals to prevent cross contamination of the products in sieves. Since Particle Size Distribution plays a vital part in drug dissolution, maintaining the accuracy of the sieve apertures is an essential part of sieve manufacturing. Our static dissipative is specially developed to dissipate static charge while sifting. Sieve are as technologically advanced in their designing, as they are brilliantly simplistic in their use.
