Silicone Inflatable Gasket
Inflatable gaskets are mostly used in application where contamination is not allowed. It is manufactured from Food Pharma Grade Transparent silicone Rubber. This Gaskets is inflated by 10mm to 12mm when 2kg to 4kg pressure is applied.

FEP Encapusalted ‘0’ – Rings
We also supply encapsulated o-rings where one material is covered with continuos layer of another material, it have a core of elastomer that is completely covered with a seamless sheath of FEP fluoropolymer. the elastomeric core isnormally is FKM or silicone, the unique combination forms a highly effective, long lasting seal for the most demanding applications. These O-rings can withstand a temperature range of -60°c to +250°c depending upon the choice of elastomer core.

Elastomer ‘0’ RING
All standard 0-Ring size (imperial and metric) are available in Silicone , FKM , Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene. These ‘0’ Rings are manufactured on a Hydraulic Press with tightly controlled temperature and time for ensure accurate dimensions excellent finish, invisible flash line, properly post cured and absolutely defect free.
